South Jersey Audiobook and eBook Download Center

Click the picture below to go to the South Jersey Audiobook and eBook Download Center. Click on Account and from the drop-down menu choose Woodstown-Pilesgrove Library. Then enter the letter "P" and your four digit library number (ignore any leading zeros). If your number is less than four, you will need to add zeros after the letter "P" to get your number up to four digits.  So, a patron with the number 12 would have P0012 as their login.  Patron 123, would have P0123 as their login. If your number doesn't work, contact us at

Once in Account you'll probably want to go to Settings and change your checkout period to 14 days (the default is 7 days). *librarian hint* Until you connect to wifi, your ebook or audiobook should remain on your device, even after your checkout period expires.

To read or listen to books on your tablet or smart phone, you will need to download and install the free OverDrive app or the new Libby app.  For Kindle format books, if you don't own a Kindle, download and install the free Kindle app to your tablet or phone.  These apps are available from iTunes or as Android apps.

For some devices you will need to download and install the OverDrive program for audiobooks to your computer and then manually transfer the book to your MP3 player via a USB cord. Apple devices can use iTunes to transfer audiobooks to their Music folder if that is preferable to using the OverDrive app.

For Nooks and older Kindles, patrons will also need to download and install free Adobe Digital Editions software to their computer. Using Adobe Digital Editions, patrons can download and read books on their computer or transfer books to a Nook or older Kindle via a USB cord. Click the FAQ button below and go to OverDrive's Help page to find the download link for these programs.

The library recommends using the Libby app.

Use the video below to see step by step instruction for signing in to the Libby app for the first time.
